It's been a while since I've seen a stand on the Congress floor that moved me as much as Rep. Tim Ryan's stand this week for the American people, many of whom are now struggling financially, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Ryan's speech came during debate over Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion relief bill, which passed the Senate last week and came back to the House for a final vote before heading to President Biden's desk.
